C-Suite Wednesday — Results of Coleman’s 2016 Rural Lending Survey
Last month, I ran a poll asking for feedback from the industry about its use of the USDA b&i lending program.
The results were shared several weeks ago to lenders who attended a briefing by the USDA b&i program administrator and his staff in Washington D.C.
And now released to all today! There is excellent lender feedback about the program.
Back to the meeting. The major takeaway is a significant rule change to the program will be announced within the next two months. I’ll publish it as soon as it is released.
